Required prior and related subjects: Architectural design Sociology of the city
Summary of the subject: "Participation" or "Complicity" is one of the main principles of the democratization of the design process, which means the rejection of the professional dictates of the architect and the direct participation of the future consumer in the production of an architectural solution.
Опис: 1. Introduction. The main theoretical foundations of participatory design and participatory budgeting 2. Communication with representatives of local self-government. Selection of the design area. 3. Conducting urban planning analysis of the design area 4. Implementation of the reference plan and scheme of urban planning restrictions 5. Data collection based on communication with the public 6. Development of a project proposal 7. Fill out an application for project implementation at the expense of the participation budget.
Assessment methods and criteria: Each stage of work is evaluated separately. The semester grade is the sum of all grades received during the semester, the student compiles an album of completed graphic tasks during the semester. 1 file - an album of drawings in accordance with the requirements in *.pdf format (compressed to 5 mb size) is uploaded to the VNS for assessment. In the last lesson, the defense of the control work is held.

Мета вивчення дисципліни: As a result of the study of the academic discipline, the master during territorial planning is able to avoid a conflict situation as a result of the optimal and competent formation of the spatial environment, which will ensure comfortable living conditions and contact of the individual with other representatives of society. The purpose of the course "Urban Conflict Studies" is to acquaint students with the essence, structure and typology of conflict as a social phenomenon; formation of skills to diagnose, forecast, resolve and prevent various conflict situations (industrial, domestic, social-labor, socio-economic, marital, etc.); mastering methods of psychological protection and management of emotions during conflict.
Завдання: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student should be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: 1. Must know and understand the essence, typology, diagnosis and psychology of conflicts, the functions of conflicts in social development, to improve management culture and the culture of human relationships. 2. To be able to determine the signs of their manifestation, types, types, orientation and limits of the spread of the conflict. 3. The material of the academic discipline is based on the knowledge acquired by students during the study of history, philosophy, logic, psychology and other sciences. 4. The educational discipline "Conflictology" provides an opportunity within one semester to acquaint students with the main theoretical principles of this science and thus prepare them for mastering knowledge of psychology and ethics of business communication, psychology of management, etc.
Learning outcomes: The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following program learning outcomes: 1. Knowledge of the basics of professionally oriented disciplines of the specialty "191 Architecture and urban planning"; 2. Knowledge and understanding of scientific principles underlying architecture and urban planning; 3. Knowledge of modern achievements of innovative technologies in the field of architecture and urban planning. 4. The ability to realize the need for lifelong learning in order to deepen acquired and acquire new professional knowledge; 5. The ability to take responsibility for the work performed, to make decisions independently, to achieve the set goal in compliance with the requirements of professional ethics.
Required prior and related subjects: Modern architectural theories and doctrines Basics of spatial planning Urban planning legislation and law
Summary of the subject: Territorial development of the city is manifested in the territorial expansion of urban development and communications to the surrounding area. The territorial "progress" of a city, especially a large one, always leads to the degradation of the surrounding countryside and natural environment. Along the main transport highways, far beyond the administrative boundaries of a modern big city, "tongues of suburbanization" are growing - a completely organized territory, a former rural area, whose inhabitants lead an urban lifestyle and are completely detached from the traditional cultural substrate of the village. A separate problem of the territorial "progress" of modern cities is the spread of so-called "cottage towns". In the process of accumulation and generalization of scientific knowledge by humanity, it becomes more and more obvious that the concepts of "development" and "conflict" are in a dialectical unity. On the one hand, conflict apparently negates development, and on the other hand, it is an integral attribute and even a condition of it.
