Learning outcomes: Following the completion of the module students should:
- Know the principles, mathematical description, analysis and synthesis methods of radioautomatics systems,
- Be able to determine the stability and accuracy of radioautomatics systems,
- Be able to synthesize the radioautomatics system with set specifications for its transfer function.
Required prior and related subjects: Pre-requisites: Functions of a complex variable and operation calculus
Fundamentals of circuit theory. Signals and processes in electronics. Analogue electronic devices
Co-requisites:Digital devices and microprocessors
Summary of the subject: Basic principles of radioautomatics with open-loop and closed-loop control. Elements of radioautomatics. Functional scheme of radio tracking systems: frequency and phase-locked systems, system for tracking temporal position of signal. Mathematical methods for describing automatic control systems (ACS) . Typical dynamic links and their characteristics. Example of constructing a mathematical model of servo system. Analysis of stability and precision linear ACS.Non-linear system of RA. Discrete systems RA.Analysis methods of digital systems.

Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (30 %): laboratory work (20 %), control tasks and oral examination (10 %).
