Major: Architecture and Town Planning
Code of subject: 6.191.00.M.102
Credits: 6.00
Lecturer: PhD Leonid Vozniuk
Semester: 7 семестр
Mode of study: денна
Learning outcomes: 1.Have knowledge of basic concepts, terms and meanings, the language of professional communication in the field of architecture and urban planning, adhere to the norms of academic integrity 7.To have knowledge of the regulatory framework of architectural and urban planning, to critically assess the socio-economic, environmental, ethical and aesthetic consequences in case of violation of state building codes 9. To identify the specifics of designing complex architectural and urban planning objects, to develop complex projects of planning of territories, buildings and interiors taking into account modern world trends and innovations 14.Conduct research and / or innovation activities, apply traditional and innovative methods of designing and conducting research
Required prior and related subjects: Co-requisites: Architectural constructions
Summary of the subject: The program directs students to master the skills of creating modern effective architectural forms, taking into account the complex conditions of construction. The curriculum of the discipline includes: - choice of a variant of constructive schemes of the building and features of its combination with function and form; - features of designing seismic architectural forms, taking into account modern design standards; - protection of buildings and structures from the effects of weathering and groundwater, taking into account effective modern solutions and materials; - inspection and reconstruction of existing buildings and structures, taking into account modern design requirements. - design in dense construction, taking into account the effects of existing buildings and structures; - design of high-rise buildings; - features of creation and design of complex long-span spatial architectural forms; - design on subsidence soils; - methods of fixing slopes on the designed site for protection against landslides; - Features of design solutions when working in karst-hazardous areas
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control: assessment of activity in the classroom, checking individual tasks, assessment of tests and presentations on the topic of research. Final control: differentiated test.
