Learning outcomes: • know the classification of electronic diagnostic methods and types; • know basic hardware and software methods of electronics control; • know basic effectiveness indices of hardware and software methods of electronics control; • know devices circuit design of hardware methods of electronics control; • know construction concept of automated systems of electronics and radio systems control; • be able to choose the optimum ratio of different types of electronics control and diagnostics effectiveness; • realize the modern methods of choosing the optimum type of electronics complex control systems.
Required prior and related subjects: • Higher Mathematics: "Mathematical Analysis", "Differential Equations", "Probability Theory" sections; • Theory of Ensuring Electronics Reliability.
Summary of the subject: Basic Definitions, Classification of Control Methods and Electronics Control Models. Control and Diagnostics of Analogue Electronics Malfunctions. Control and Diagnostics of Digital Electronics Malfunctions. The Choice of the Optimum Ratio of Different Types of Electronics Control and Diagnostics Effectiveness. Methods of Choosing the Optimum Type of Electronics Complex Control Systems.
Assessment methods and criteria: • Current control: oral examination, control work (30%); • Summary control: control examination in written-oral form (70%).
