Мета вивчення дисципліни: The policy regarding the academic integrity of the participants of the educational process is formed on the basis of compliance with the principles of academic integrity, taking into account the norms "Regulations on academic integrity at the Lviv Polytechnic National University" (approved by the academic council of the university on June 20, 2017, protocol No. 35).
Завдання: Achieving the goal and solving the tasks of physical education of students is ensured with the help of two interdependent components: the mandatory basic one, which forms the basis of the physical culture of the personality of specialists of the appropriate level of education, and the elective one, which is based on the basic one and supplements it taking into account professional physical training, individual motives , interests and needs, health status. The educational material of each of the components is implemented through sections of the program: practical, methodical training, control of the level of physical and motor readiness of students. After completing the training course, students master the subject at the following levels of preparation.
Learning outcomes: he student should know: 1. Basics of a healthy lifestyle and the influence of physical education on improving the forms and functions of the human body. 2. Fundamentals of the methodology of using the most effective means and directions of rational motor activity. 3. More important requirements for improving the body and directions for physical improvement based on national and non-traditional physical culture. 4. Basics of vocational and applied physical training. 5. Exercises of general and special physical development of a person. 6. Complexes of special exercises for recovery and development of physical qualities. 7. Sports achievements of Ukrainian and other outstanding athletes on the international arena. 8. Simpler refereeing rules and safety techniques when performing physical exercises and participating in competitions. the student should be able to: 1. Apply in practice the most effective methods, tools and exercises, regulate physical activity to meet the requirements of health-improving motor activity. 2. To perform the exercises prescribed by the relevant departmental standards of vocational and applied physical training. 3. Conduct daily physical education classes in various conditions and forms. 4. Monitor your own physical condition by subjective feelings and simple functional tests (heart rate at rest, during exercise and recovery, body weight assessment, Ruffier index, Stange test).

Summary of the subject: Disclose meaning of physical education in ensuring the physical, mental and social health. Requirements provide the subject building knowledge about the need regular and systematic knowledge of physical exercise, correction and optimization of the use this knowledge in the educational process to ensure a high level somatic health of students. Significant place and control of motor and physical development of students have important place in discipline. Рhysical education is an integral part of education and training, a means to optimize the physical and physiological condition of the students in the process of training, аs an academic discipline. The training material is aimed at developing students' skills and health assessment skills in terms of their own physical and functional state.

Mastering the technique of health and sports walking (length and frequency of steps, speed of movement, hand work, foot position, breathing while walking, physical load, control and assessment of physical condition). 2. Mastering the technique of fitness running and endurance running. (length and frequency of steps, running speed, hand work, foot position, breathing while running, physical exertion, control and assessment of physical condition). Topic 3. Determination of physical and technical readiness of students. 1. Evaluation of the initial level of development of students according to exercises and standards of general and special physical fitness.
Assessment methods and criteria: • Current control: (48%): visit workshops. • Final control: (52%): execution of test requirements.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Physical fitness testing of higher education applicants - 100 points Credit requirements 1. Practical classes in physical education (2.5 points for one class) – 37.5 points. 2. Physical training - 15-25 points - Performance of individual tasks with elimination of deficiencies in physical fitness - 5 points. - Fulfillment of practical standards for halls - for one task - 5 points - Mastering the ability to swim - 10 points. - Participation in extracurricular sports and mass and physical culture and health events (competition for the championship of educational groups, institutes of the Lviv Polytechnic, Health Days, sports holidays, weeks of sports, sports evenings, etc.) - 5 points. - Report at the student scientific conference on the problems of physical education and sports, preparation of essays on physical education and sports - 10 points
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) s awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49–26 points – (“not certified” with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is given for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
