Required prior and related subjects: Pre-requisites: Digital devices and microprocessors, Programming of hardware, multimedia technology, REDS information security.
Summary of the subject: The use of microprocessor systems based on microcontrollers in built-in systems for solving signal processing tasks and managing objects. Work in real time. Controllers. Continuity of modeling, designing and debugging. Development of algorithms. Distribution of device functions between hardware and software parts. The choice of microcontrollers. Development and debugging of hardware. Development and debugging of software. Compatible debugging: internal circuit emulator, development board, ROM emulator.
Assessment methods and criteria: • current control (30 %): written reports on laboratory work, individual tasks, oral examination; • final control (70 %, exam).
