Learning outcomes: - Be able to use methods of analysis and synthesis of elements and devices of analog circuitry; - be able to use methods, models and algorithms of circuit design of elements and devices of analog circuitry; - know the characteristics and basic commands of software packages for designing devices of analog circuitry; - be able to develop algorithms and programs for analysis and synthesis of electronic elements and devices of analog circuitry; - be able to use computer-aided design tools for the development of elements and devices of analog circuitry.
Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisites: Informatics of infocommunication systems, part 1 and 2. Physical foundations of electronic technology. Digital circuitry. Co-requisites: Physics. Materials and structures of nanoelectronics.
Summary of the subject: The course work is aimed at the formation and development of skills and abilities to design structural and schematic diagrams of elements and electronic analog devices and their virtual models; study the characteristics and basic commands of application packages in the design of electronic analog devices. Explanatory note to the course work should contain textual and illustrative material. The result is an active filter with the specified parameters on the operational amplifier.
Assessment methods and criteria: 1. Current control in the form of checking the teacher parts of the course work in accordance with the description of the stages of the course work. 2. Final control in the form of defense of course work. • Current control - 40%. • Checking the text and graphics of the course work - 20%. • Defense of course work - 40%.

Skills learned: - Develop algorithms and programs for the analysis and synthesis of electronic elements and devices of the analog circuitry; - Use automated design tools to design elements and devices for the analog circuitry.
Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisites: Automated design of electronic components and devices. Digital circuitry. Physical foundations of electronic technology. Co-requisites: Elements and devices for displaying information. Fundamentals of sensory technology. Methods of research of organic nanostructures.
Summary of the subject: Study of the basics of analysis and synthesis of elements and devices of analog circuitry. Study of structural and principle diagrams of elements and devices of analog circuitry. Study of the algorithmic base and parameters of the components of the circuit design of elements and devices of analog circuitry with the creation of their virtual models. Familiarization with the technical and software tools for automating the design of elements and analog circuitry devices and obtaining practical skills in working with these tools. Basic concepts and mathematical foundations of analog circuitry. Analog circuits on semiconductor diodes. Analog signal amplifiers. Analog signal converters. Generators. Pulse analog devices.
Assessment methods and criteria: • written reports on laboratory work, oral examination, reference work, course project work (30%); • final control (70%, exam), written-oral form (70%).
