Summary of the subject: In the process of teaching the discipline, the following issues are considered: classification of information display systems; coding of information transmitted for visual perception; information display principles; indicator devices of information display systems; color information display devices; matrix and alphanumeric information display devices; promising means of displaying information; image quality in information display devices; concept of television system and complex; broadcasting systems of color television; surround television systems; high definition television systems; television systems of high and ultra-high definition; narrowband television systems; applied television systems.
Опис: The concept of television systems and complex, broadcast systems of color television, surround television systems, television systems of increased definition, television systems of high and ultra high-definition, narrowband television systems, classification of information display systems, information coding, information display systems, information display principles, indicated devices of IDS, color information display devices, matrix and alphanumeric IDS, prospective information display means.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current monitoring of laboratory classes is carried out in order to identify the student's readiness for classes in the following forms: - a selective oral survey before the start of classes; - assessment of the student's activity in the course of classes, submitted proposals, original solutions, clarifications and definitions, additions to previous answers, etc. Control questions are divided into: a) test tasks - choose the correct answers; b) problematic – creation of problematic situations; c) questions-replies - to identify cause-and-effect relationships; d) situational tasks - to determine the answer according to a certain situation; e) issues of a reproductive nature - determination of practical significance. The semester control is carried out based on the results of the current control and performance of the control work (written component), as well as conducting an additional oral survey (oral component).
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: - current control (30%): calculation-graphics work, oral defence of laboratory work; - final control (70%): exam, written-oral form
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to clearly analyze the phenomena being studied, in their relationship and development , succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
