Required prior and related subjects: Previous educational disciplines: Radio engineering systems, Antenna-feeder devices, Methods of receiving and processing signals of radio engineering systems. Associated and subsequent educational disciplines: Radio technical devices and information protection systems, Television systems and information display devices, Design of radio technical systems.
Summary of the subject: In the process of teaching the discipline, the main provisions of the system concept of ensuring the safety of objects are considered; the schematic construction of detection means based on various physical principles is considered; Algorithms for processing information signals in means of detection based on various physical principles and combined means of detection are considered; the methods of experimental determination of the main parameters and characteristics of means of detection of security devices and systems are considered.
Опис: The main provisions of the system concept of ensuring the security of objects. A system of collecting, processing, displaying and documenting information. Radio wave and radio beam detection means. Microwave single-position sensors with concentrated arrangement of sensitive elements. Motion sensors based on autogenerator antennas. Protective devices on radiating cables. Optical means of detection. Seismic means of detection. Magnetometric means of detection. Television video surveillance systems of territories. Combined means of detection. Systems and means of access control and features of their application.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current monitoring of laboratory classes is carried out in order to identify the student's readiness for classes in the following forms: a selective oral survey before the start of classes; evaluation of the student's activity in the course of classes, submitted proposals, original solutions, clarifications and definitions, additions to previous answers, etc. Control questions are divided into: a) test tasks - choose the correct answers; b) problematic – creation of problematic situations; c) questions-replies - to identify cause-and-effect relationships; d) situational tasks – to determine the answer according to a certain situation; e) issues of a reproductive nature - determination of practical significance. The final control is carried out based on the results of the current control and performance of the control work.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: current control (30%): written reports on laboratory work, oral survey; final control (70%): exam
