Learning outcomes: ЗН8. The ability to demonstrate knowledge of the basics of professionally oriented specialties in the field of radio electronic circuits and circuit engineering, electromagnetic field theory, radio electronic systems theory, telecommunication network theory, automatic control theory, methods of analysis of radio electronic and telecommunication systems and networks, design and production processes, hardware and software programming systems, administration of information networks, information protection, information technologies. ЗН9. The ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge in at least one of the areas of radioelectronic and telecommunication systems and networks: radioelectronic systems, telecommunication systems and networks, information networks and communication, technologies for designing and manufacturing telecommunications equipment, designing software and hardware systems, developing software for embedded systems, administration of information communication networks. UM6. Application of understanding the main properties of the component base to ensure the quality and reliability of the functioning of telecommunications, radio engineering systems and devices. KOM1. Competently use the terminology of the field of telecommunications and radio engineering. AiB1. Ability to adapt to new situations and make decisions

Summary of the subject: In the process of practical (seminar) classes, the following questions will be considered: • an overview of the mathematical foundations of digital circuitry; classification of digital devices (CPU); principle of action and synthesis of combinational devices for coding digital information (encoders, decoders, transcoders), switching of digital signals (multiplexers, demultiplexers, multiplexers-demultiplexers) and combinational arithmetic devices; principle of operation and synthesis of sequential devices (triggers, registers, counters, accumulators, storage devices); pulse digital devices (matching circuits, short pulse generators, generators); programmable logic devices and CPU circuitry based on them; analog-digital and digital-analog devices.
Assessment methods and criteria: Methods of monitoring the results of student learning, which are used: a) in the process of current control - checking (using control questions) readiness to perform laboratory work; b) in the process of semester control – checking the answers to the questions of the test task of the written component of the exam and conducting an additional oral survey (oral component). Current task performance control - 100%

Learning outcomes: 1. Understanding the essence and logic of the scientific research process and its main directions. 2. Understanding the place of scientific research in modern society. 3. Knowledge of methods used at the empirical and theoretical levels of research. 4. Learning the skills of conducting scientific research in the chosen specialty. 5. The ability to search for scientific literature on the topic of the master's qualification thesis and analyze it. 6. The ability to summarize the studied literature, draw conclusions about the state of study of the researched issue. 7. Understanding the requirements related to the execution and writing of scientific articles and master's qualification work. 8. The ability to correctly structure the master's qualification work, formulate its purpose, tasks, object of research, subject of research, novelty of the obtained results, draw conclusions.

Summary of the subject: Critical analysis of the latest scientific information from Internet sources and journal scientific articles on the topic of master's qualification work of undergraduates, research of the structure of scientific articles, logic and sequence of presentation of the material, highlighting of positive points and analysis of shortcomings and possible ways and means of avoiding them. Summarization in the form of short abstracts and essays of possible scientific reports based on the results of your own scientific research, scientific discussions on the topic of the obtained research results, discussion of ways and possibilities of their use and presentation in your future master's qualification work. Writing a draft of a literature review for a scientific article based on the results of own scientific research within the framework of the scientific topic of the master's thesis, substantiating the structure and purpose of the research.
Assessment methods and criteria: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
