Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the discipline "IT law" is: students mastering the main issues of the field of IT law regarding the regulation of legal relations in the digital environment, systematic study by students of the legal regulation of electronic documents, electronic document flow and electronic digital signature; electronic commerce; electronic money and cryptocurrency; protection of copyright and related rights in the digital environment; computer program and data compilation; contractual obligations in the digital environment.
Завдання: FC26. Ability to collect, analyze and interpret information (data according to specialization. FK32 (ZVO) Knowledge and understanding of the peculiarities of the implementation and application of norms of substantive and procedural law. FKS 34 (ZVO). Ability to analyze social relations in the information technology sphere.
Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: PR 32. Demonstrate knowledge of legal norms that determine the organization and content of public authorities PR 34. Explain the nature and content of norms in the field of information technology

Summary of the subject: IT- law is a discipline that orients students to in-depth study of current issues of IT- law, the acquisition of practical skills in working with regulations governing legal relations in the digital environment. The study of the discipline will allow students to form a complete and objective view of the legal regulation of information technology. Within the discipline "IT- law" knowledge of students about legal regulation is formed: relations in the IT sphere; electronic documents, electronic document management and electronic digital signature; e-commerce; electronic money and cryptocurrencies; protection of copyright and related rights in the digital environment; computer program and data compilation; contractual obligations in the digital environment.
Опис: 1. General provisions of IT law. Legal relations in the digital environment. Basic terms and their legal regulation. 2. Electronic documents, electronic document flow, electronic digital signature. Legal regulation of electronic document circulation and electronic digital signature. 3. Electronic commerce. Concept and legal regulation of electronic commerce. 4. Electronic money and cryptocurrency as information technology products. Legal regulation of electronic money and cryptocurrencies. 5. Protection of copyright and related rights in the digital environment. Regulatory regulation of copyright protection in the digital environment. 6. Computer program and compilation of data (databases) as objects of legal protection 7. Contractual obligations in the digital environment.
Assessment methods and criteria: Forms and means of control over the study of the discipline are: • oral questioning at seminars; • presentation at seminars (with a report, discussion, etc.); • written work (answers to questions of the lecture course, solving practical problems, etc.); • group work in seminars; • Exam. Criteria for evaluating the learning outcomes of students: Practical (seminar) classes - 40 points Exam - 60 points Total for the discipline - 100 points
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current control (PC): - oral survey at seminar classes - 30 points; - performance of an individual research task - 10 points. Total for PC – 40 points Examination control (EC): - written component - 50 points - oral component -10 points Total for EC – 60 points Total for the discipline - 100 points
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
