Summary of the subject: The content of the discipline consistently reveals the theoretical and practical provisions, the basic laws of the process of environmental design. Studying the course requires students to be creative, focuses on independent search for ideas and original strategies to perform specific practical tasks to take into account the environmental factor, requires students to develop additional visual information and literature. The course contains the theory of ecological design: the history of formation, formation and development of ecological approach in the design of diane objects. The impact of environmental issues on the development of project culture. Ecological consciousness. Definition of "ecodesign". Typical examples of ecodesign objects. Defining the principles of shaping in ecodesign. Formative features of ecodesign. Nature as an object of inspiration for artistic design. Multisensory design, concept and scope. Specifics and evaluation criteria of ecodesign products. Features of the organization of the design process of ecological design. Features of application of principles and methods of ecodesign, bionics in design. Design based on natural analogues. As a result of mastering the course the student acquires knowledge: the essence of philosophical and humanitarian ideas that are in opposition to consumerism in understanding the development of material culture of mankind; compositional and formative factors that characterize ecological design; know the methods of searching for formative ideas based on environmental factors; methods of searching for semantic, compositional and formative signs and images that symbolize ecological worldview ideas and their implementation; know the design approaches that demonstrate the processes of gradual replacement of mainstream consumer culture with environmental culture. Practical skills are formed: to evaluate the development strategy, to make a systematic analysis of the elements of ecological design and to implement theoretical knowledge in the field of design in real design - visual communication and subject systems and complexes; to put forward conceptual ideas of ecological design of subject-spatial ensembles with observance of ecological approaches of designing, in concrete cultural and natural minds; comprehensively design basic graphic and spatial systems taking into account the environmental friendliness of materials and technologies of energy saving and comfort in relation to living conditions. Choose, depending on the requirements of a particular project task, the optimal artistic, design and technological solutions, taking into account the environmental aspect.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control: checking the completeness of individual tasks, evaluating the presentation and defense of the project proposal, participation in the discussion, checking the test work.

Required prior and related subjects: Project process technology Architectural design of a public building Modern concepts and innovations in architecture and urban planning Comprehensive research of architectural and urban planning object
Summary of the subject: The content of the discipline "Layout in the reconstruction of objects and territories" allows you to master the basic principles and skills of development and production of architectural models. The course is designed to train a modern specialist in the design of new architectural objects in the historical environment and the reconstruction of valuable architectural objects. The discipline in a logical sequence outlines the basic methods of layout, reveals the sequence of stages of the process of development and manufacture of models of different scale and purpose, tasks for design and pre-project analysis to develop an architectural layout. The practical classes emphasize the importance of mastering the skills of self-development of design tasks, finding the optimal technological process of making a model, finding an interesting architectural image of the building using an architectural model of the design environment. In the process of learning students learn to use the environment created in the model - to find a three-dimensional composition of the projected object and design a solution in the architectural model which is an integral part of project documentation to be submitted to the historic city council to obtain a building permit . The architect must be able to take responsibility in making design decisions, take real action, have the appropriate knowledge and skills. Considerable attention is paid to the relationship between the customer and the architect. A role-playing game is proposed, where one of the students plays the role of the customer and the other - the designer.
Assessment methods and criteria: Assessment of students' knowledge is based on the results of current control, the work of students during practical classes.
