Мета вивчення дисципліни: Acquisition of theoretical knowledge of the organization of the exterior and interior of architectural objects and practical skills in their design.
Завдання: The task of teaching the course is to acquaint the student with the main stages of interior and exterior design of architectural objects. The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students of education: general competences: 1. Knowledge and understanding of the subject area and understanding of professional activity; 2. Ability to make informed decisions; professional competences: 1. Awareness of socio-economic and cultural aspects of architecture and urban planning; 2. The ability to comply with the requirements of legislation, building codes, standards and rules, technical regulations, other normative documents in the fields of urban planning and architecture during the implementation of new construction, reconstruction, restoration and overhaul of buildings and structures.
Learning outcomes: • The ability to find out causal relationships, analyze and summarize information, economic and social issues in the design of objects of social sphere - schools, kindergartens, rehabilitation centers, child development centers and others; • Knowledge of hygiene standards, fire safety foundations of safe and affordable living environment for disabled people. • The ability to solve complex design problems and practical problems in the field of architectural and urban design and planning, which are characterized by complexity, that involves the use of optimization techniques of urban, environmental, architectural and planning and composite solutions, environmental, social effectiveness, efficiency, security of buildings and structures.
Required prior and related subjects: Previous educational disciplines: working design; urban planning. Associated academic disciplines: a project on the topic of a bachelor's qualification work
Summary of the subject: Within the framework of the discipline, practical skills are acquired: in mastering the design methodology, concept development, design program and functional zoning; in the subject-spatial organization of the environment; in working with materials; draw up the project in accordance with state standards.
Опис: Laboratory 16 hours 1. Nomenclature of drawings. DBN requirements. 2. Concept of the interior and exterior of the designed object. 3. Analysis of world trends in designing the interior and exterior of the building 4. Functional organization of the interior and exterior in accordance with the typology of the object. 5. Working drawings 6. Materials, forms for means of implementation 7. 3D visualization 8. Explanatory note
Assessment methods and criteria: Explanatory note and report - 30 points, graphic part - 70 points. Total -100 points
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: The student develops a set of drawings that reflect the author's architectural proposal, which is evaluated as a form of control work (maximum 70 points). On-going control (30%): presentations at each practical session that reflect the progress of the project during the semester.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 00–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
