Завдання: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes (it is necessary to formulate 6-8 learning outcomes), which are determined by knowledge:
1. Knowledge of state design and sanitary-hygienic norms, based on which pre-project analysis, calculations, search, sketch and working architectural and urban planning are carried out.
2. Knowledge of modern achievements of innovative technologies in the field of architecture and urban planning;
3. Knowledge of design process technology in architecture and urban planning;
4. Knowledge of the requirements for the implementation of working project documentation in the field of architecture and urban planning at a level that allows employment by profession.
5. Knowledge of the requirements of current legislation in the field of protection of architectural monuments and urban planning, competence in conducting historical and architectural research; formulation of monument protection conclusions; development of conservation and adaptation projects of architectural monuments and historical urban complexes.
6. Knowledge of basic structural systems, engineering equipment of buildings, operational and aesthetic characteristics of building materials,
7. Knowledge of the basics of economics and state policy in the field of architecture, urban planning, spatial planning.
Learning outcomes: The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following program learning outcomes:
• The student must complete a design proposal for the volume-spatial and architectural organization of a public facility (with an area of ??no more than 5,000 square meters). The project proposal should be based on the features of the natural conditions of the site and the architectural environment of the fragment of the city where the object is being designed, as well as based on the typology of the object.
• The student must justify the stylistic and compositional features of the designed architecture of the public facility.
• The student must develop and substantiate the accepted structural scheme of the designed object, as well as demonstrate an understanding of the application of basic structural schemes and the ability to perform working drawings.
Required prior and related subjects: Typology of public buildings and structures.
Basics of computer modeling of architectural objects
Basics and methods of architectural design.
Summary of the subject: The student must complete a design proposal for the volume-spatial and architectural organization of a public facility (with an area of ??no more than 5,000 square meters). The project proposal should be based on the features of the natural conditions of the site and the architectural environment of the fragment of the city where the object is being designed, as well as based on the typology of the object.
The composition of the project: models of the architectural-spatial organization of the object, floor plans, the plan of the first floor with a fragment of the general plan, facades, intersections of the object characterizing the adopted architectural solution, structural nodes, an axonometric image of the architectural-spatial organization of the object with a display of the surrounding of the urban environment, views of the object and an explanatory note (20-25 pages).
Graphic processing of project concepts on the topic of the bachelor's qualification work in programs (optional): MicrosoftWord, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Lumion; Artlantis, 3DSMax.

Assessment methods and criteria: In the process of completing the bachelor's qualification work, which summarizes the previous stage of education. Permits the level of knowledge and skills of the student
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Explanatory note and report - 30 points,
graphic part - 70 points.

Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
