The project consists of the following drawings: a spatial model, a spatial structural scheme, facades, floor plans, sections of the house, and separate nodes and details of the combination of structural elements of the house.

Landscape architecture and engineering improvement of territories
Summary of the subject: When designing the landscape organization of the territory, the student gets acquainted with the main types of artificial and natural materials. In the design process, it is necessary to skillfully combine architectural forms with the natural environment. The result of the study is a project of landscape improvement of the territory of a public building with the volume of 4 sheets of A3 format; submission technique – digital or author's graphics.
Опис: Introductory lecture. Issuance of the task. Pre-project studies of the design area. Analysis of natural conditions and urban planning restrictions. Functional and planning structure of the design territory in accordance with the purpose. Elements of landscaping of the design area. Search for materials for the construction of a network of tracks and platforms. Clause 1 "Architectural-planning and functional-spatial concept of solving the image of the projected territory" with a list of materials for the improvement of the projected territory. Utilitarian and monumental-decorative buildings (small architectural forms). Architecture of the crown of woody plants. General architecture. Technical conditions for planting material for greening the planned territory. Material for floral decoration of the designed area. Material for arranging lawns. Clause 2. "Axonometric image of the projected territory, with the surrounding environment and landscaping." Elaboration of the scheme of the general plan of the site.
Assessment methods and criteria: In the process of current control, the student completes 2 clauses, each of which summarizes the previous stage of work on the architectural project of the landscape improvement of the territory and allows to start working on the next stage. Each closure is valued at 10 points and is taken into account in the final evaluation of the architectural project.

Summary of the subject: The designing of arrangement of the architectural environment of a residential building, the student acquires the skills of architectural form formation, namely selection of constructive-technological and volume-planning solutions, taking into account functional, ergonomic, compositional and aesthetic factors. In the design process, you need professionally select the materials and technologies for implementing the proposed solutions. The result of the study is a project for arranging the architectural environment of a residential building with the volume of 6 sheets of A3 format; submission technique – digital or author's graphics.
