Мета вивчення дисципліни: The assimilation of theoretical knowledge and the acquisition of initial practical skills in the design of low-rise civil buildings, which are necessary for further work.

SK03. Awareness of the peculiarities of the development of historical and modern styles in architecture, urban planning, art and design of Ukraine and foreign countries. SK04. The ability to comply with the requirements of legislation, building codes, standards and rules, technical regulations, other normative documents in the fields of urban planning and architecture during the implementation of new construction, reconstruction, restoration and overhaul of buildings and structures. SK06. Ability to perform technical and artistic images for use in architectural and urban planning, architectural design and landscape design. SK07. Awareness of basic laws and principles architectural and town-planning composition, formation of an artistic image and style in the process of designing buildings and structures, urban-planning, architectural-environmental and landscape objects. SK08. Understanding the theoretical and methodological foundations of architectural design of buildings and structures, urban planning, architectural-environmental and landscape objects. SK11. Ability to apply basic theories of design, reconstruction and restoration of architectural and urban, architectural, environmental and landscape objects, modern methods and technologies, international and domestic experience to solve complex specialized problems of architecture and urban planning. PR06. Ability to collect, analyze and evaluate information from various sources, necessary for making sound design architectural and urban planning decisions. PR10. Ability to apply modern tools and methods of engineering, art and computer graphics used in architectural and urban design. PR16. Understanding of socio-economic, environmental, ethical and aesthetic consequences of the proposed solutions in the field of urban planning and architecture. PR17. Summary of the subject: The discipline involves the implementation of students' constructive course project of a single-family house. The project consists of the following drawings: facade, foundation plan, floor plans, floor plan, plan of rafters, section on the house, detailed section on the wall, individual components and details of the combination of structural elements of the house.
Опис: The underground part of the house (foundations, waterproofing). Foundation plan. Wall constructions from small-sized elements. Floor plan. Constructions will be covered. Floor plan. Floor structures. Stairs. Roof structures. Building a section of the house. Construction of the facade. Construction of a detailed section along the wall.
Assessment methods and criteria: Execution, presentation and defense of the course project (100%)
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Execution, presentation and defense of the course project - 100 points. Each component part of the project (drawing plans, facade, sections, etc.) is interconnected and is an integral part of the entire course project. The following indicators are taken into account when evaluating the KP: the correctness of making constructive decisions, the quality of the execution of drawings, the presentation of the project (report), answers to the commission's questions.
