Мета вивчення дисципліни: The course "Architectural constructions of buildings and structures" is one of the important sections and plays a significant role in the professional training of students of the basic field of "Architecture". The purpose of teaching this discipline is the assimilation of theoretical knowledge by students and the acquisition of initial practical design skills, which are necessary for work in design and research structures, as well as in general construction and specialized construction organizations.
Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students of education: integral competence: IC. The ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the field of urban planning and architecture, characterized by the complexity and uncertainty of conditions, based on the application of modern architectural theories and methods, tools of related sciences. general competences: GK01. Knowledge and understanding of the subject area and understanding of professional activity. GK02. Ability to identify, pose and solve problems. GK04. Ability to communicate in the national language both orally and in writing. GK06. The ability to act on the basis of ethical considerations (motives). GK07. Ability to make informed decisions. GK08. Interpersonal skills. special (professional) competences: SK01. Awareness of socio-economic and cultural aspects of architecture and urban planning. SK02. The ability to apply theories, methods and principles of physical and mathematical, natural sciences, computer, technologies to solve complex specialized problems of architecture and urban planning. SK03. Awareness of the peculiarities of the development of historical and modern styles in architecture, urban planning, art and design of Ukraine and foreign countries. SK04. The ability to comply with the requirements of legislation, construction regulations, standards and rules, technical regulations, other normative documents in the fields of urban planning and architecture during the implementation of new construction, reconstruction, restoration and overhaul of buildings and structures. SK06. Ability to perform technical and artistic images for use in architectural and urban planning, architectural design and landscape design. SK07. Awareness of basic laws and principles architectural and town-planning composition, formation of an artistic image and style in the process of designing buildings and structures, urban-planning, architectural-environmental and landscape objects. SK08. Understanding the theoretical and methodological foundations of architectural design of buildings and structures, urban planning, architectural-environmental and landscape objects. SK11. Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as to cooperate with clients, suppliers, other partners and the public in the development, coordination and public discussion of architectural projects. Ability to develop architectural and urban planning solutions taking into account safety and sanitary-hygienic, engineering-technical and energy-saving, technical and economic requirements and calculations. SK14. Awareness of the features of the use of modern building materials, products and structures, as well as technologies in the creation of urban planning, architecture and construction objects. SK16. Awareness of the general theoretical, methodical and creative principles of architectural design. SK17. Awareness of the theoretical foundations of urban planning and the ability to apply them to solve complex specialized problems. SK19. Ability to apply theoretical foundations of architectural environment design to solve complex specialized problems. SK20. The ability to apply the theoretical foundations of landscape architecture to solve complex specialized problems.
Learning outcomes: PR03. Ability to apply theories and methods of physical and mathematical, natural, technical and human sciences to solve complex specialized problems of architecture and urban planning. PR04. Ability to assess the factors and requirements that determine the prerequisites for architectural and urban design. PR05. Ability to apply basic theories of design, reconstruction and restoration of architectural and urban, architectural, environmental and landscape objects, modern methods and technologies, international and domestic experience to solve complex specialized problems of architecture and urban planning. PR06. Ability to collect, analyze and evaluate information from various sources, necessary for making sound design architectural and urban planning decisions.

Summary of the subject: The program consists of the following content: general concepts of buildings and structures. Building systems of houses. Structural systems and schemes of houses. Structural elements and components of civil buildings of mass construction. Foundations. Foundations. Vertical enclosing constructions of houses. Horizontal enclosing constructions of houses. Floors. Coating. Translucent fencing of houses. Doors, their purpose and design. Stairs. Houses from large (large) blocks. Houses from three-dimensional blocks. Frameless large-panel houses. Frame and panel houses. Elevator equipment for residential and public buildings. Construction in seismic areas.
Опис: Tasks and content of the course. General provisions and basic concepts about houses and buildings. Construction systems of houses. Material, structural elements and technology of construction of the house. Structural systems and schemes of buildings. The main structural elements of buildings, their meaning and the role they perform. Technical and economic assessment of volume-planning and structural solutions of buildings. The main technical and economic indicators of project solutions. Structural elements and nodes of civilian buildings of mass construction. Foundations. General concepts of foundations and requirements for them. Vertical enclosing structures of buildings. The walls Horizontal enclosing structures of buildings. Overlap Floors. Floor requirements. Constructions of civilian buildings from large-sized elements. Design schemes of buildings and structures. Building elements of sanitary-technical and engineering equipment of buildings. Special issues of architectural and structural design of buildings. Modern industrial methods of construction of houses.
Assessment methods and criteria: The results of the assessment of the level of achievement of learning outcomes include current and semester control of knowledge.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current control (execution of a detailed section on the wall) - 30 points. Final control (control event, exam) - 70 points.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49–26 points – (“not certified” with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is given for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
