Summary of the subject: The course "Fundamentals of design and computer graphics, part 2" is designed for one semester of study (it covers 165 hours of practical classes in the second semester) and structurally includes two sides: unit 1 "Applied perspective", unit 2 "Fonts", unit No. 3. "Computer Graphics". Having a common goal related to the general training of a student-designer, each of the blocks has its own specificity of sequential disclosure of theoretical and practical provisions of the main regularities of the process of conducting graphic work. For the purpose of interaction with profiling disciplines, the student is offered to apply the developed knowledge in related course projects. Studying the proposed course requires a creative approach from students, focuses on independent search for strategies for completing tasks, requires them to study additional literature.

Assessment methods and criteria: The final grade is assigned based on the results of the laboratory work. Performance of laboratory work from Block No. 1 Fonts - 40 points. Performance of laboratory work from Block #2 Applied perspective - 40 points. Performance of laboratory work from Unit No. 3 Computer graphics - 20 points.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: The main requirements for students' works: 1. Performance of work according to the assigned (issued) task. 2. Correct construction of axonometry or perspective. 3. Clarity of the execution of the drawing with the possibility of monitoring the phased construction (presence of construction lines). 4. Correctness of the graphic design of the drawing. 5. Timeliness of work. Control methods: Evaluation of works is carried out by the teacher. The assessment is based on the division of works by categories from the best to the worst (comparison method). Works are evaluated according to the requirements of points 1-5. Determining the level of students' knowledge is carried out by the following methods of control: assessment of student's semester papers, assessment of oral defense of papers (on the topics of classroom classes).
