Завдання: Communication:
· conveying information, ideas, problems, solutions, own experience and arguments to specialists and non-specialists in the national language;
· collection, interpretation and application of information in the Ukrainian language;
· communication on professional issues in the state language orally and in writing.
Responsibility and autonomy:
· formation of judgments that take into account social, scientific and ethical aspects by means of the state language;
· the ability to logically and competently apply special terminology in the process of professional communication;
· the ability to continue education in the state language with a significant degree of autonomy.
Learning outcomes: learning outcomes:
1. Knowledge:
Conceptual scientific and practical knowledge of the Ukrainian language (for professional purposes), namely:
• basic principles and means of professional communication in the Ukrainian language;
• basics of business documentation in the state language;
• communicative and social functions of the Ukrainian language;
• specifics of functional styles of modern Ukrainian literary language;
• basics of specialty terminology.
2. Skills and abilities:
in-depth cognitive and practical skills in the culture of speech and norms of the Ukrainian literary language, skills in their application in professional activities, such as:
• express opinions clearly and precisely;
• pronounce words correctly, use normative accents;
• apply the principles and means of professional communication;
• using the means of business and business broadcasting, prepare properly designed basic samples of business papers;
• use the information obtained to ensure business and business communication in the state language for applied purposes

Philosophy
Summary of the subject: The discipline involves the study of stylistic and practical aspects of modern Ukrainian literary language. Students learn to implement the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine and other legislative acts on the statehood of the Ukrainian language and its use in professional communication; acquire skills of normative written and oral communication in the state language, master the basic principles of speech culture, norms of the Ukrainian literary language; learn to logically and competently express opinions in the process of professional communication.

National language and its forms. Literary language. Dialect. Jargon. Language norm. Styles of the modern Ukrainian language.
Business style as one of the styles of literary language. Concept of ethics of business communication. General requirements for drawing up documents. Document text. Basic details. Types of documents.
Phraseologisms in professional speech. Speech etiquette. Rules of communication of a specialist during meetings, negotiations, receptions, etc.
Lexical means of professional speech. Ambiguity, homonymy, synonymy, antonymy, paronymy. Vocabulary of the Ukrainian language from the point of view of its origin and from the stylistic point of view.
Terms and terminology. General scientific terms. Special terminology and professionalism. Accuracy and appropriateness of professional speech. Types of terminological dictionaries. Difficult cases of using terms.
Orthoepic norms of the modern Ukrainian literary language. Orthoepic dictionaries. Means of melodiousness.
Accentological norms. Orthographic norms.
Grammatical categories of the noun in professional speech.
Grammatical categories of adjective in professional speech.
Functioning of numerals in professional speech.
Verb in professional speech.
Adverb and functional parts of speech in professional speech.
Syntactic norms of modern literary language in professional communication.
Punctuation norms of modern literary language in professional communication.

Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Tasks in test form - 20 points;
Written individual works - 20 points;
Independent and control works - 60 points.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
